Velty is a subscription-based online service that allows users to organize their YouTube subscriptions and videos into folders, categories, and custom collections. Access to the Service is provided immediately after a successful payment (or after the free trial, where applicable).
New users may be offered a free trial period (for example, 14 days) before the first subscription payment is charged. During the trial, you can evaluate whether the Service meets your needs. If you do not wish to continue after the trial, you should cancel your subscription before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

If you are a new subscriber and are not satisfied with Velty, you may request a refund of your first paid subscription fee within 14 days of the initial charge, unless a different period is required by the laws of your country.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests if we reasonably believe that the refund policy is being abused (for example, repeated sign-ups and cancellations to obtain multiple refunds).
All payments for Velty subscriptions are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for handling payment processing, billing, applicable taxes (such as VAT), and issuing invoices.
Where your payment was processed by Paddle, any approved refund will also be issued by Paddle in accordance with their own policies and timeframes. In some cases, they may contact you directly or provide additional instructions.
