Velty is a web-based application that helps you organize your YouTube subscriptions and videos into folders and sub-folders so you can more easily find what you want to watch. The Service includes features such as organizing channels into folders, sorting and filtering videos, creating playlists, marking videos as watched, and accessing your content across devices.
Velty does not require access to your YouTube login credentials and does not synchronize changes with your YouTube account. You import your subscriptions into Velty and we periodically check for new videos from those channels.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately at contact@velty.app.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms or that your use of the Service may cause harm to us, to other users, or to third parties.

All pricing and subscription details are shown on our Pricing page and during checkout. We may change our prices and subscription plans from time to time. Any changes will apply from your next billing period onwards and we will provide prior notice where required by law. If you do not agree to the updated pricing, you must cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
Prices may be shown exclusive or inclusive of applicable taxes depending on your location. Any taxes, including VAT, sales tax or similar, will be displayed during checkout where required by law.
We use Paddle.com (collectively, "Paddle") as our payment provider. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases made through the Service. Paddle manages payment processing, invoicing, applicable taxes, billing queries, and, where applicable, refunds and chargebacks.
